PARKING

The parking rule within our business park has changed

New rules will apply to any vehicles entering the area as of 17 May 2024. For your information, kindly refer to the estate general parking rule below.

For All Visistors

  1. Free visitors parking has been abolished. 
  2. Visitors MUST park in the designated Visitors Car Park Area only.
  3. All visitors MUST pay a parking fee as indicated on the signs in place currently at £1 per hour.
  4. Maximum visitor’s stay is 1 hours.
  5. NO return within 3 hours
  6. Sample sign are on the left.

For Office Nail clients

  1. Must park in our designated bay. Reserved for Office nails client on the ground floor only. Please note if you park in any other bay(s) the system will automatically issue a non-cancellable PCN.
  2. Must inform our staff your car registration upon arrival. 
  3. Noncompliance will result in Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) issued against the vehicle.
  4. PCN will be issued also against any Car blocking other cars or car parked outside of our designated bay or non-marked area’s.
  5. Our designated parking bay operate on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.

Please note users of Skyline Village bussines car park do so at your own risk. The staff and management of Office Nails & Beauty will not accept responsibility for any parking ticket, damage, accident or loss to your vehicle. 

Please consider taking the public transport instead of driving your own vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
